What we can and can't take back, and how to reach us if something isn't right.
Returns
No product returns are accepted. This is Washington cannabis retail: once a product leaves the store it cannot be resold, so it cannot be taken back.
Orders
Orders are placed online and picked up in store — we hold your order for 24 hours after submission. We reserve the right to refuse any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we change or cancel an order, we'll try to reach you using the email, address or phone number you gave us at the time.
Products and pricing
Descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time, and we may discontinue a product at any time. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited.
