Questions, answered.
The stuff people actually ask at the counter: payment, IDs, limits, pickup, and how the Craft Crew works. Can't find it? Reach out and a real person will sort you out.
Paying & ID
What payment methods do you take?
Cash only — we don't accept debit. There's an ATM on site at every shop for when your wallet disagrees. Federal banking rules mean cards still aren't a thing in cannabis, so the machine isn't us being old-fashioned.
What ID do you accept?
A valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID that proves you're 21 or older: a U.S. driver's license or state ID, a U.S. passport or passport card, a military ID, or a foreign passport. We check every single time. Yes, even if you've been coming in for years and we know your dog's name.
Do I have to be 21?
For the recreational menu, yes, 21 and up, no exceptions. Qualifying medical patients can shop our medical menu at 18+ with the proper documentation. There's no minimum age for admiring the moss wall, but you can't take any of it home without ID.
Do I need a medical card to shop?
Not at all. Our recreational menu is open to any adult 21+. If you do hold a recognition card, our certified consultants can set you up on the medical menu, which can mean tax savings and higher possession limits.
Washington purchase limits
State law caps how much an adult-use customer can buy in a single day. These are the legal maximums, not a dare.
How much can I buy in one visit?
Per Washington state law, a recreational customer can purchase up to:
- 1 ounce of usable flower
- 7 grams of concentrate
- 16 ounces of solid edibles (cannabis-infused)
- 72 ounces of liquid edibles (infused beverages)
These are daily limits, not a target to hit, though we admire the ambition.
Why are the limits split by product type?
Concentrates and edibles pack a lot more THC per gram than flower, so the state sets separate caps for each format. The math is theirs; we just keep the cart honest at checkout so you never accidentally go over.
Ordering & pickup
Can I order online for pickup?
Yep. Build your cart on the site or in the app, place a pickup order, and we'll have it bagged and waiting. Bring your ID and your payment, and you're in and out.
How long until my order is ready?
Most pickup orders are ready in about 15-30 minutes during normal hours, and we'll let you know when it's good to go. We hold orders for 24 hours; after that the flower starts feeling neglected and we put it back.
Do you deliver?
Washington state currently does not allow licensed retailers to deliver cannabis, so every order has to be picked up in person at the shop. We know, we'd love to bring it to your couch too. For now, order-ahead pickup is the fastest route from menu to mantel.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return a product?
Because cannabis is a regulated consumable, state rules mean we generally can't accept returns once a product leaves the store. The one exception: if something is defective or mislabeled, bring it back with your receipt and the original packaging and we'll make it right. A vape that won't fire counts; "it worked a little too well" does not.
What if I changed my mind on a pickup order?
No problem. As long as you haven't picked it up yet, just let the store know and we'll cancel it. See our returns policy for the full details.
Hours & holidays
What are your hours?
Hours vary a little by location, and your selected store's live hours show up right on its store page, including whether it's open right now. Always trust the live status over your memory of last Tuesday.
Are you open on holidays?
We're open most holidays, often on adjusted hours, and yes, we're usually open on 4/20 (we'd be in trouble if we weren't). Around major holidays we post the day's hours on each store page, so check there before you make the drive.
Craft Crew rewards
What is the Craft Crew?
It's our free loyalty program. You earn points on what you spend and redeem them for discounts, plus members get first dibs on fresh-flower drops and members-only deals. Sign up takes about thirty seconds at the counter or in the app.
