- What is the Craft Crew?
- The Craft Crew is our loyalty program. Through this program you can earn rewards and receive text messages about sales and promotions.
- How do I sign up?
- You can sign up in our shop or online. You'll enter your name, phone number, birth date, and email, and we'll ask about your product preferences. You'll use your phone number or email to sign in each time you visit, which is how points are added to your account. It's important to note that email addresses must be valid in order to earn points.
- How does it work?
- For every $1 you spend, you earn 1 point. Every time you reach 100 points you earn a $5 reward that can be applied to a purchase of $20 or more on your next visit. 200 points earns a $10 reward on a $40+ purchase, 300 points earns a $15 reward on a $60+ purchase, and 400 points earns a $20 reward on an $80+ purchase.
- What happens to my information?
- We will never give out or sell your information. The state government has no access to it; everything is securely stored internally. We only use your information for marketing and sales promotions, and that’s it.
- Can I opt out of messages and still be part of the Craft Crew?
- You can, but you’ll miss out on all of our great specials. We try not to bombard you; we only send about 1 to 3 texts per month.
- Can I have a shared account with my partner?
- No. We offered this in the past, but due to policy updates we no longer do. We also don’t allow point transfers or adding points to other customers’ accounts if you’re not the account holder. This ensures no one purchases over the legal daily limit, and it protects customer privacy.
- Can I add points to my friend’s account?
- No. We don’t allow people to add points to accounts that don’t belong to them.
- Is the program free? How much does it cost?
- It’s free to sign up! We only require a valid phone number and email to join.
- Do my points ever expire?
- If your account has no activity for 6 months, your points will automatically expire. Account activity means either using or earning points, so as long as you do one or the other within 6 months, you’re fine. If you know you’ll be out of the area for longer than 6 months, email info@craftcannabis.com and we’ll make a note on your account.
- Can I use my points at other Craft Cannabis locations?
- Yes! You can use your points at any of our Craft Cannabis locations.
