Jenny was amazing. Super-knowledgeable, friendly and good vibes. I needed a new vape battery and cartridge. Jenny talked me through some options. I had many questions and she took the time to answer everything. Jenny never seemed rushed, it was like I was the only customer. She also was conscious of my budget and factored that into her recommendations. No upselling at all. If I had my own retail business, I would steal her from Craft to work for me. Top-notch customer service, she is the kind of person that will keep me coming back!

Just got out of the store here on mill Plain and after looking around for a shop for years. I can officially say this will be my one stop shop. I was told to check out specific strands that I had ultimately got. Jenny one of the bud tenders at the store was very welcoming and greeted me as I walked through the door and had me in and out super quick with a lot of her recommendations some on my list to try. If the manager is reading this she deserves the highest recognition and praise. She was very welcoming and helpful with choosing and recommended some of the best pre rolls that I've had in a long time. Thank you Jenny for you wonderful personality and drive to make my trip wonderful and hope to see you all soon.

Stopped by late and had the chance to be helped by Jordin, she went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and find exactly what I needed. The staff is great, 100/10 would recommend this location.

Ben and Thad were the best helping me pick out different types strains for my pen. I asked so many questions and they took the time to politely answer everyone of my questions. By far the best customer service and craft store in Vancouver. Recommending all my friends to this store and these guys.
