The Craft Crew is our Loyalty Program. Through this program – you can earn rewards; receive text messages regarding sales and promotions.
You can sign up in our shop or online. You will enter your name, phone number, birth date, email, and it will ask you about your product preferences. You will use your phone number or email to sign in each time you visit our shop, this is how points will be added to your account. It’s important to note that email addresses must be valid in order to earn points.
For every $1 you spend, you earn 1 point. Every time you earn 100 points, you earn a $5 reward that can be applied to a $20 or more purchase during your next visit. If you earn 200 points, you earn a $10 reward that can be applied to a $40 or more purchase during your next visit. 300 points = $15 reward on $60 or more, and 400 points = $20 reward on $80 or more.
We will never give out or sell your information. The state government has no access to your information, as it is all securely stored internally. We will only use information for marketing and sales promotions, and that’s it.
You can, but you will miss out on all of our great specials. We try not to bombard you and only send about 1-3 texts per month.
No. We have offered this option in the past, but due to updates in our policies, we do not offer this option any longer. We also do not allow point transfers or allow you to add points to other customers’ accounts if you are not the account holder. This is to ensure that each person is not purchasing over the legal limit per day as well as protecting customer privacy.
No. We do not allow people to add points to accounts that do not belong to them.
No, it is free to sign up! But we do require a valid phone number and email to join.
If your account has no activity for 6 months, your points will automatically expire. Account activity is defined as either using or earning points, so as long as you do one or the other within 6 months, you will be fine! If you know you will be out of the area for longer than 6 months, you can email info@craftcannabis.com and we will make a note on your account.
Yes, you can! You can use your points at any of our Craft Cannabis locations.
